VitalWealth operates the vitalwealth.app platform, which links algorithmic trading performance with biometric health data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address, name, and feature preferences.
Biometric Data
With your explicit consent, we collect health data from connected devices including heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), stress levels, SpO2, and activity data from Garmin Connect API, Apple HealthKit, or Samsung Health SDK.
Trading Data
We collect performance data from your private trading bot including trade timestamps, profit/loss figures, and bot status. We do not access your trading credentials, wallet private keys, or exchange account details.
Dopamine Engine Data
We log trigger events including profit amount, stress level at time of trigger, and audio track played. This data is used solely to optimize your experience.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Operate the Wealth-Health feedback loop and Unified Vitality Dashboard
- Calculate dopamine trigger conditions (profit threshold + stress threshold)
- Provide real-time biometric monitoring and historical trends
- Monitor bot performance and Kill Switch functionality
- Improve the platform and develop new features
- Send you product updates (with your consent)
4. Data Storage and Security
Biometric data is processed in real-time and stored locally on your device whenever possible. Server-side storage uses AES-256 encryption at rest.
Trading API keys are encrypted and stored in secure environment variables. We never store exchange passwords or wallet private keys.
Bot communication uses encrypted API bridges between your device and the AWS infrastructure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, biometric data, or trading data with third parties.
